What steps are involved in the interview process?

At Indero, the interview process typically consists of 3 to 4 steps: an interview with a talent acquisition specialist, an interview with the hiring manager, a personality assessment, and, for some roles, additional skill-based assessments or tests.

Take the time to learn about us! Review the job description thoroughly, and if you have any questions or concerns, communicate them to your talent acquisition specialist before your interview with the hiring manager.

Your talent acquisition specialist will be your primary point of contact throughout the process.

Onboarding at Indero takes place virtually but in real time, alongside other new colleagues from different teams. During this process, you will receive HR, IT, and procedure training, along with role-specific training within your team to ensure a smooth transition.

Is Now

We are excited to announce that Innovaderm is rebranding our CRO division as Indero (in-dAIR-oh). This rebranding reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and our expansion into the field of rheumatology, a therapeutic area closely linked to dermatology. As a dual-focus CRO specializing in both dermatology and rheumatology, this strategic decision marks a significant milestone for our organization, and we are eager to embark on this new chapter with our valued partners and clients. Additionally, our Clinical Research Unit (CRU) will keep the name Innovaderm and will continue to conduct dermatology studies.
